For over twenty years, Saeed Salehian has been baking with passion, patience, and a constant smile. His journey into pastry making began through a long-standing friendship with Saeed Salimi. Working side by side, he learned the craft from the ground up and quickly fell in love with it.
The very first pastry he made was a cream puff—and as he recalls:
“That was the moment I realized this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.”
Since then, his cream puffs, along with his walnut, coconut, and almond cookies, have become customer favorites. Their distinctive taste and refined appearance evoke memories of traditional Iranian pastries and the warmth of familiar flavors.
Saeed draws inspiration from people and from his own childhood memories. He says:
“When I was a child, I used to buy cream puffs after school every day. Maybe that’s when I became a pastry chef.”
Behind the scenes, Saeed works with remarkable patience and precision, guided by a simple goal:
to create pastries that bring smiles to people’s faces and reconnect them with the comforting tastes of the past.
In three words:
Professional. Warm-hearted. Patient.
